error in approval

In approval, asked for my photo ID, I took a photo of my document and sent, just as you requested, and a message comes to me saying that I still lack information, I did the way you asked in the email, and yet I have not succeeded to have the account approved, what do I really have to do? do I need to print a document? scannear? what do I have to do? I've tried it all the way and it's always wrong.

    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"
