Funds not reached to Bank Account

Hi Team,
I withdraw funds on Sep 6 to my local bank account I got the transaction slip and email but funds did not reach to my local bank account I contacted the Payoneer live chat twice the repeat the same thing that we will look into this matter and let you know via email in 3 business days but now its Sep 16 I didn't receive funds not any email from Payoneer. I also contacted my bank but the said they haven't received any payment
I am really worried about my money Please help me thanks
