Cannot enable the CAD balances on Global Payment Service

Hi!

I have tried several times and made several support tickets about that issue, but I cannot enable the "CAD" option and I don't receive any feedback from Payoneer support on what I need to do to enable this options in my account.

I need it for receiving from Canadian clients. I have contracts to prove it if that helps.

    @Kaltner Thank you for your interest in the Canadian Payment Service. In order to apply, please log into your Payoneer account, and perform the following steps:

    1. Click on the "Receive" tab at the top of the screen and find Global Payment Service
    2. Select "Global Payment Service"
    3. Find the relevant currency you wish to add
    4. Click "Request now" and follow the steps

    Once you complete the form, we will receive your request. Please note that each request is manually reviewed and is subject to eligibility. The timeframe for review is 7 business days.

    If I'm not approved and do not receive any answer? Should I send any documentation to any email? Because I still need that to be operational

    @Kaltner Please note that unfortunately the service is still in its beta period and is provided only to a limited amount of users. You will be informed in case the service becomes available for you.
