Problem / Payment pending

Hey there!
I have a big problem and I need your help, Payoneer people.
I´m a payoneer Account holder and a cliend sent me a big payment. Currently is pending cause payoneer is asking for more info of my account. I provided all the info and I need to know when it's gonna be ok the payment.

Please help me.

    @d3mian We can see that more information was requested yesterday. If you had just provided it, you will need to wait at least 3-5 business days for the approval team to complete the review.
