PENDING PAYMENT (VERIFY A SUPPLIER PAYMENT)

Hello,, I got information from the buyer that he has already transfer for the order and he sent for 4,930.79 USD to my Payoneer account,,
I do not sell on a website, just promotion on my Facebook account, this is the first time I use Payooner, I don't make an invoice to my customers, only orders in chat, what should I do? My customer has received an order but I have not received payment ... and my customer does not want to help to resolve this ... this is a huge loss for me if my money is lost ...please help me...

    If the payment was cancelled, we do sincerely apologize. Please encourage the sender to send the payment back, and we will assist with making sure your account is verified for you to receive payments.
