Transferring funds from the old expired card to the new one.

Hello,

I'm having trouble with my Payoneer prepaid cards.

In June of 2019, my old Payoneer Prepaid card expired, and I ordered a new one. I waited for 4 to 5 weeks and didn't receive it, so I ordered a second one.

However, another 3 to 4 weeks later, I finally received the first one I ordered, there apparently was a delay in the delivery. So I activated it, and it automatically canceled the one I didn't receive yet.

The problem is, my USD balance is still on my old expired card and didn't automatically transfer to my active one.

I contacted the support but failed to resolve the issue. I'm getting automated replay every time or maybe I'm unable to find the right category/subcategory for the issue. I can't access the live chat too.

Can you guys please help me ?

Thank you.

Hi there @MainulDip We do see that your new card was activated already. It could be a technical issue and in that case, you would need to call our support team directly so they can verify your details and move the balance to the relevant non-expired card.
