Pending Payment Approval

Hello,
I received my payment 6 days ago and still on pending status. I have been asked twice to submit my address information, gave correct details but still, they are not accepted. Kindly, what's the way forward? This is an important and urgent transaction.

    Hello,
    My transaction has been completed but i haven't received funds in my bank account. I made the withdrawal within business hours. Its been 2 days already.
