my account approval is pending

Please help,
My Payoneer ID is 33018408.
I received an email from Payoneer on Tue, 30 Jul Where they asked for more information to approve my account. But for some reason, I could not respond to this message.

Now I do not understand what kind of information to add.
From the email, I am logging into the account after clicking the TELL ME MORE button but it does not say anything about how can I provide information.

This account is very important to me
