Where is my money?

Hi,

I have received a email from Payoner that i had $117.66 send to me. I register for an account and type private information and after activating the account by balance is $0. I only expect that the money when available, i can withdraw to my bank account without requiring third party cards or services.

    @fabioejp Your payment is pending as more information is needed to review it. Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"

    @morga - I have submit the documentation. Now is wait for approval of all documents.

    How can i cash out? Is it possible to make a bank transfer?

    You can withdraw your funds to your local bank account
