Action required/Under review but no e-mails??

Hi, I submitted my application and all required paperwork 20 days ago and I got an e-mail at the time saying it'll take 3 days to approve. After that, I got locked out of my account for several days with absolutely no updates whatsoever. I have been waiting for an e-mail but I didn't get one either. I have finally been able to log back into my account today but on the "Bank Accounts" page it still says, "Action required
We need additional information to approve this account. Check your e-mail.
* Allow up to 3 business days for review."

I never got anything in my e-mail; I have been constantly checking it for the last 20 days. Please help.

I did and basically got got an automated message sent from a no-reply address which repeated the same thing about checking e-mails and 3 business days stuff, failing which I should come here and ask the same question, to which you just asked me to go back and contact them. It's a vicious, unedning cycle.

I have tried. Your website lists three different numbers for support in my country, NONE of which are functional. They're all invalid. I googled and got a fourth number which is also out of service.

You guys are so incompetent, I'm considering closing my account for good. Close to one month and zero progress has been made. Browsing the internet yields nothing but complaints about Payoneer delaying payments in the name of account verification, payment under review, holidays and whatnot CONSTANTLY for EACH INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT. More often than not, the payments either go missing or are refunded back to the payee instantly. I have never received any emails from your side, whatever I did was all automated stuff, and none of your contact info works. If this is the level of service I'm getting upon registration, I can only imagine what hell it would have been if I decided to continue with Payoneer. Dodged a bullet. Good riddance. Adios.

@LEGION_FIVE We are sorry to hear that however there are certain things that we cannot proceed to disclose here in social media merely for security purposes and therefore we suggest to call our support team directly for more information. The number that will be valid for your country is:

    India - Toll Free 80044-04022
    India - Bangalore 80712-79452
    India - Delhi 11712-79500

    or our international line: 1-646-658-3695

Those are the 4 numbers I was talking about. They do not work.

Please make sure you are entering the numbers the correct way from your country- the lines are active and are receiving calls as we speak

I have tried them all thrice. With area codes at times as well. They do not work. A recording saying, "This number is invalid" plays. Everyone knows toll-free support numbers start with 1-800. I've never seen support numbers with such a weird format ever before.

@LEGION_FIVE You need to enter the numbers with a "1" before.
