Blocked/expired card with pending payment

Platform for designers – Designhill accidentally sent money to my account which has status – Your card is blocked! This is account that has never been used – card’s expiration date is 04/16 and card is blocked on 30, Apr 2017. Of course, I didn’t receive money and my questions are:
- Can you check is there pending payment on my account?
- Can you return money to sender (Designhill platform)?
- Can you suggest the best way for me to receive the payment?
I would also like to close this old account, because I have active account on Payoneer which I am constantly using and this one is connected to my bank account. Of course, I don’t want to close old account with blocked card before you help me to resolve this issue.

I've contacted them a week ago by email, but I didn't get the answer.
Is there any other way that you can help me and find out is my money in the safe place until you resolve my issue?

I just found out that there is not any pending payment on my account and no money is ever sent to this account. Is there any chance that I can receive transaction history (via private message) so I could send it to Designhill platform as a evidence? Should they contact Payoneer support to find out where did money go?

@alexis07 You can request for a transaction history statement directly from our team and then send us the ticket number so we can follow up

Designhill sent me attachemt with Transaction ID and Payoneer ID and they made a mistake - They have used my Paypal ID instead of Payonner's, so my money was sent to somebody else. If I have Transaction ID and Payoneer ID of person who got my money - is it possible to unwithdraw wrongly sent money?0

@alexis07 No it is not possible, you will need to contact Designhill, as they have issued this error on their behalf to the wrong account. We also strongly suggest you also contact our customer support team for further investigation:
