Global Payment Service is not appearing / available in my account either in the menu

Hi community,
I recently created my account and even submitted my National Identity Card (Angola), and my bank details (approved), and since then I've been waiting for an email from Payoneer saying that I've already been approved for the GPS; This is because the status only shows 'Submitted', not 'Approved' if it has to be, in the Verification Center.

I've tried to contact Payoneer in every possible way and can't get an official answer, so I came to the community.

Without GPS, I have no way to receive payments and consequently my Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard, can anyone tell me what's going on?

I have potential customers and I am stagnant.

    I noticed that you said you were from Angola. At this time, your country is not enabled for the Global Payment Service.

    There are some countries that will not be able to access this feature upon registration. This means that the only immediately available way to receive payments into your account is through our mass payout partner companies.

    These are companies like Fiverr, Upwork, or Aibrnb. By receiving payments from companies like these you can unlock the ability to send payment requests.
