Payment with appen

My Appen account says my latest invoice was paid on September 11th but it shows no payment in my payoneer account. I have contacted payoneer but only get an automated response. I have it set up to go to my Paypal account once I'm paid. Does anyone have experience with this and how can I find a solution? Thank you!

    Hi @ashwill82, if your current payment method has the funds going directly to PayPal, the payment would not show in your Payoneer account. Have you contacted Appen to confirm they've sent you a payment?

    Hi, ignore that previous message. It looks like I've found the issue and have resolved it for you. The payment should be going through at any moment.
