Balance Withdrawal continues errors

Good day team Payoneer I am still having issues making Withdrawals to my local bank accounts,
Note:
* I have tried Accessing the Withdrawal to bank services via computer and mobile phone.
• Cleared my your browser cache and cookies
• Used another browser
• Use the Private Browsing feature of my browser
and this error message keeps popping up, "We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later".
Please assist..
