Hi, I have a problem, for some reasons my upcoming transaction is still in pending from 12 september. I submitted all the documents and have already write to support but without result so please help me resolve the issue asap.

Hi there @Taimoor_6425 We can see that our team requested for a clearer copy of your ID yesterday and that you provided it on time. Please allow them to review what you submitted and update you if anything else is needed to review your payment
