Hi, I have a problem completing "Business Details Questionnaire" I cannot properly fill it since I'm a music producer and dont have a website; there's not such option on the Questionnaire. I already sent my National ID successfully, so idk if this questionary is necessary. The reason I need to use payoneer is to receive payments from my distributors, transfer money from paypal, and for the mastercard feature. What shall I do? Thanks in advance

Hi there @iMax While we cannot exactly advise you how to fill the business details questionnaire, we always suggest to fill it the way the most closely describes your line of business. It is fine if you do not have a website but please include any details or information you deem important for our payment team to understand your business.

ok I'll do my best; does not completing it will block me from receiving small (about 35$) fiverr payments and paypal transferences?

@iMax yes, if not completed, payments can go into pending status. We strongly advise you to fill the information out as best as you can.

I didn't think this was so hard to setup; but it might worth it. Also I needed to know, does the mastercard you provide have an spend limit for single purchase? For example, I need to buy a PC that cost 3900$ will it be possible to buy with the mastercard? since the store has not an option to buy with payoneer

@iMax Yes, the card does have a spending limit. However, this is subject to what kind of program the client belongs to. Generally speaking though, the daily spending limit of the Payoneer Prepaid card is $5000. You can make up to 30 ATM withdrawals and up to 30 point of sale transactions. Point of sale transactions include purchases, cash disbursements, and bank teller withdrawals. Once you are eligible for the card, it is best to contact us again or our support team, for more information.

Hi I completed the guestionnaire and the status appears as submitted, but the status of my ID appearing as approved. how long until all is approved? and in the meantime, is there any restriction?

Also to be eligible for the card, will a bank transference from my local bank will count? I'm waiting for money from my wiverr account but they take so long for sending and I really need the card so it's very frustrating to just wait

@iMax The questionnaire will be reviewed by our department. You will be notified via email for any updates. So we ask you to kindly wait.

In regards to the Payoneer card if you require the Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® for immediate access to your online balance, you will first need to begin receiving payments.
You can receive payments from one of the following methods:

From one of our mass payout companies
    Through the Global Payment Service
The option to order the card will become automatically available on your online Payoneer account once you have received at least $30 (or the USD equivalent) in payments.

Please note that payments received via the Make a Payment service, or from an eWallets will not count towards the minimum threshold. For more information, please visit our Support Center.

Hi I already read about it but I'm confused: if I or a friend does a transfer from his local bank to one of the virtual bank accounts on my payoneer account, will it count as global transfer? And will that be eligible for card? I'm only confused about this. If you can clear this doubt would be really helpful. Thank you

@iMax Please be advised that self loading funds or for personal reasons are not allowed. Our services are for business purposes only. If you do decide to transfer such funds, it will most likely get rejected by our payments team.

Hello, I have a very big dilemma, I need to receive money soon, like within 24 hours. However, I have only submitted ID and am yet to verify Business Details. I was told that I should do that after receiving some money but am not sure if the money will get stuck if I do so...what is the way forward, coz I also heard that the business details will be rejected if I submit them without first receiving some money. Pls Help..
