how to verify my account? i have a problem

I wanted to verify my account before I start receiving money from clients so that I won't have a problem I submitted my questionnaire with all the information about my business when I wanted to submit the government-issued ID I found I only have the option to submit a passport with a message (it looks like you registered an invalid ID number) I don't remember but maybe I mistakenly wrote a wrong ID number I don't know how to fix this can I submit my ID card instead? I don't have a passport and I'll take a long time to get one and I want to receive money as soon as possible please help me

    @Nibel Please be advised, the documents you are to submit will go into review, once you receive a payment into your account. As for the issue with the ID. It is alright as long as you provide a valid government issued photo ID. Our accounts team will handle reviewing and updating it.
