Payment Pending since 15 September

Payment is pending since 15 September
Support told me that my bank asked for more info and they are working on it
So I added a new bank and that one is still pending because they asked for more info
after that, I tried to Make a Payment which also showed an error saying "You can't make a payment at this time"
After that, I tried purchasing a domain and my card was denied
and then I tried Withdrawing from ATM and then got Transaction
I need to pay my rent and Bills
and Payoneer support isn't helping much fixing the issue
