I didn't receive global payment service option

I applied for payoneer account before 2 weeks. In starting it was l I sted that my USD currency is being reviewed. But now there is no option. There is no option of global payments service option in receive. I linked my fivver to payoneer but I am still disable to withdraw money. Please help me when all these issues get solve
