Why my account is still in review?

Hi Payoneer Community/Support,

I've submitted the required details/data yet my account is still in review. It's been a week since I've submitted it. (Sept 25)
I'm not receiving any email also if there's other details needed.
My ID is already approved and the business profile is still not approved.

    Hi there @jelakien We can see that this was transferred to our approval team shortly before the weekend. Please allow 3-5 business days for them to finish reviewing the information you submitted and update you accordingly on the status of your account

    Hello, I opened an account on 30th September and up till date, 9th October, my bank account still reads "action required". But when I go to verification center it reads "no open requirements". Please what is delaying the approval of my bank account? Thanks.
