I cannot receive payment from my client because of US phone number.

I actually requested a mail reply like a 5 or 6 times 4 days ago. and till now there is no reply and that is very very bad experience to get support.

my client asked me about payoneer account info, I send it to him and after he tried to send me a transfer he failed because there is mandatory form field called `phone number` which it accepts only USA based phone numbers. so I don't have such a phone number. how I'm gonna receive that payment.

I hope there is any reply because I really waited to long for just one reply contains answer to my question.
I'm really thinking to delete this account and not to use payoneer anymore. because I can't get help from the support!

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. It is definitely not our intent.

    I am unsure of how your client is sending your payment. If the person is a Payoneer user they don't need your phone number. They also wouldn't need a phone number using bank transfer.

    Please try to send the payer a payment request, or give your payer the information seen on Global Payment Service, asking him to send a bank transfer payment there.
