I have added my bank account to payoneer and submitted the ID and held ID photo, now it is giving that additional action is required and an email has been sent.

I haven’t received any email and it is been more than 7 business days now. Please tell me what to do.

    I submitted my International ID Card and university certificate to get approve in my "VERIFICATION CENTER" of my account.
    My account approval is taking longer than expected.
    Please, kindly look into this, rectify and get back to me.
