I can't add a new currency to my account

Hello. I submitted the form 2 weeks ago concerning the opening of a CAD recieving account. After I submitted the form, it notified me on how my form will be evaluated and responded in 2 business days. It has been 2 weeks since, but I got no response. Is there any problem, or did I do something wrong? Perhaps the waiting time is more than 2 days. Also it seems to me that the system does not allow me to apply for further additional currencies. It sends me to login page whenever I click the add currency button. When I re-login, my main page appears and so on. I tried to contact the support but they are not answering me back. If you could enlighten me on these subjects, I would appreciate it.
