Payoneer transaction is pending

I transferred my money from my fiverr account to payoneer and after workings days there was all zero on my fiverr account and the transaction which I did is still pending on payoneer it’s been more then a month my transaction is still pending

    @rubab_mirza We do apologize for this inconvenience you are experiencing. So generally speaking, if there is a payment that is pending it usually because our team needs more information from the client. To make sure you submitted all the requested documents, please go to your account ---> settings --> verification center --> submit any requested docs of you.
