It needs to be complete and in this format:

This is not enough and it is incomplete- we need a full address
While we understand your frustration, we kindly ask that you maintain a level of respect on the forum. We won't be able to assist you here if you are unable to be respectful.
And, additionally, as Morga has previously informed you - the address is _still _incomplete. A number is not a complete billing address. A complete billing address would have a house number, street, name, city name, country and zip. We are not asking for a shipping address (where a PO box would be acceptable). Whenever you can submit an address that is complete, the issue will be resolved.
