Why is my payment pending even after providing ID

I have the same issue and no one responding even after
I provided all documents0 -
I created a payoneer account and filled in all info needed.now I have received money into my payoneer account but it’s still pending.i wrote to you guys twice,you asked me for more info which I gave and now you’ve blocked my account with my money in it.I want my money back.

@jill Please be advised the address you submitted is considered invalid to approve this payment. Please submit a valid residential address. You will need to go to your Payoneer account ---> settings ---> verification center ---> submit a valid address.

@jill But you are again submitting the same address that was not approved before as it is incomplete. You are providing us with only a 4 digit number and it is not enough

Zip/Postal Code:We reopened the requirement so please resubmit it in the correct format so we can proceed

This is not enough and it is incomplete- we need a full address

I have been waiting for more than 6 days for a pending transaction to come through. At first, I have been told it will take 1-2 days to come through. Yesterday morning (Friday) I was told that it will be through in the course of that day, so in a few hours. I woke up this morning, the money is still not through. What is happening? Why is this taking so long??? Why do you guys keep telling me estimates that (of course) are not true, since I was told 2 days max, and now are at more than 6, and I still don't have the money. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I talked with the support 4 times, but the offices and the live chat is closed today.0

While we understand your frustration, we kindly ask that you maintain a level of respect on the forum. We won't be able to assist you here if you are unable to be respectful.
And, additionally, as Morga has previously informed you - the address is _still _incomplete. A number is not a complete billing address. A complete billing address would have a house number, street, name, city name, country and zip. We are not asking for a shipping address (where a PO box would be acceptable). Whenever you can submit an address that is complete, the issue will be resolved.
