I can't upload government-issued id file in verification center

Every time i try to select the an id file in the account verification menu it always say "We don’t support that file type." even though the file that I selected is a .png file. I've tried .jpg and .pdf file too and try it in chrome, edge, and firefox but still encountering the same problem. Please help !

    Hi there @wmr30 We advise you to try doing this from a computer and not a phone. If it still does not work, you can also submit the requested information in this link

    I am experiencing the same problem. I am using a computer with different browser but still no luck.
    Is this solve? @wmr30?
