Payoneer Verification Issue

Hye, so I've liked Payoneer with my fiverr for payments and on 2nd October i got a success mail that says "We're happy to let you know that you'll now receive payments from Fiverr directly to the USD balance in your Payoneer account". However till this day i'm unable to do transactions. The fiverr support center says it's not verified yet from Payoneer side, and Payoneer has already sent me mail and there are no open requirements to submit. I don't know when will they gonna explain me the issue and fix that when there's no apparent fault in my application/account.
