TA BRANCH K***** has placed a temporary hold for the indicated amount

Hello! On 07/10/2019 i was trying to withdrawal money from a local ATM. Unfortunately the transaction canceled because there was not enough money at the ATM but the amount has removed from my card. Now, two days later, this amount is shows up at upcoming transactions with a message "TA Brunch ***** has placed a temporary hold for the indicated amount. Your card will be charged once the transaction is settled."
I spoke with local's bank staff and they informed me that Payoneer should fix it.
What should i do now?

Hi there,
You don't have anything to worry about. Here, the merchant (the ATM) will need to settle the transaction. Since the transaction cannot be completed due to the error, the funds will return. This would usually happen at least 8 business days after the transaction. You will see your balance increase and the pending transaction disappear.
