Fees updated or I'm applied double fee?

Hello,

I've been using Payoneer for almost 3 years now. I cash out by using the same merchant's ATMs in my country ever since I started using Payoneer so I'm well aware of the fees I've been applied for the past 3 years. I used to pay 21 USD for 1000 USD and 39 USD for 2000 USD.

Three days ago, I went to withdraw money again by using my card. I withdraw 1850 USD and guess how much fee deducted? Let me tell you instead: 76 USD for 1850. This is way too much than the previous fees I paid.

Now, I would like to learn:

1) Am I applied double fee as ATM showed me that the fee for this transaction is 38 USD?
2) Have you updated your fees?
3) Are you going to keep on applying fee to me from the latest rate?

If this is going to be as high as that, I'm afraid me and lots of friends I suggested Payoneer, will stop using your platform.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello there,

To clarify, the fee when you use the card at an ATM is generally up to 3.5%. In most cases it is right at 3.5%. There is also a fee for the transaction which is typically $3.15, plus a fee from the ATM.

If we take this under consideration, the fee for an 1850.00 USD transaction would at least be $65. If we add the transaction fee it is $68. It is possible that the remaining fee came from the ATM. There would not be double fees that are charged.

The fees we use are dictated by MasterCard so whatever their fees are, are the same for the cards.

    Thank you!
