Balance under review. Action required. Weeks and still no email?

Hi, my account states "Your USD Balance is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days." It has been a few weeks and still the same. Tried to contact support but to no avail. Also, see that under Accounts I still get the message "Action required. We need additional information to approve this account. Check your e-mail.
* Allow up to 3 business days for review." Once again, way past 3 days, no email received.

What can I do to get this resolved? It is becoming vital that this gets resolved because I have money that needs to be paid out, I only use Payoneer for the fact that it has been most reliable up to date, and now this is happening.

Please advise? There's also no topics these when trying to submit a message to support...

    I’m having the same problem, except for me its been months and still nothing. I have emailed support twice still no answer.
