Withdrawal To Local Bank

On Friday 11 Oct 2019, at 12:30 am. I received the following email "We received your request to withdraw funds from Payoneer. The funds will be deposited in your bank account today. Withdrawals requested late in the day or outside business hours typically arrive on the following business day. " But until this Saturday 12 Oct 2019 at 1.00 am. My payment still hasn't been transferred to my local bank account. Does this mean I have to wait until Monday to get my transfer completed? Or do I have to contact customer service? Fyi, this is my first withdrawal in payoneer, I hope to be helped, thanks :)

    Hi there @alarif_rpw Your withdrawal from 10/11 was canceled as the name you provided to Payoneer is different fro the name that is on your bank account. We can see you re-initiated the withdrawal on 10/16 though. If you do not receive this payment, let our team know
