My account is Cancelled

I've have my payoneer account since 2013 , didn't use it much at that time but I've recently got a job and they payment method was payoneer card. So I've got my first payment and when I try to withdraw my money it tells me : *Your account is cancelled, please call customer support* and I can't proceed after that.

My question is how to reopen my account , I've tried to send a message to the support but no answers so far.

    Hello @morga I have the same issue with @Skydiox . I received payment yesterday but they have told me my account is canceled and when I tried to send message to support instead I got auto reply. ... I think you can check my issue as well

    Hi @kimenyi. The payment is pending because you don't have a valid USD card. Please contact our Support Center and request to order a new card.
