Missing Name Account

On Friday 11 Oct 2019, at 12:30 am. I received the following email "We received your request to withdraw funds from Payoneer. The funds will be deposited in your bank account today. Withdrawals requested late in the day or outside business hours typically arrive on the following business day. " But until this Saturday 12 Oct 2019 at 1.00 am. My payment still hasn't been transferred to my local bank account. After I checked the name of my local bank account, it turned out that there was one character name that was missing (for example: in my payoneer account the name of the bank was registered by "Michael Wong Jumanto Wicaksono" but apparently in my local bank the registered name was "Michael Wong Jumanto") What should I do? Do I need to contact Payoneer Customer Service? How many days does it take for my withdrawal to be automatically canceled by the system? I hope someone can give an answer, This is my first withdrawal, thanks :(
