I bought smth for 10.94 usd but i get charged for 11.43 plus 0.29 fee, how is that possible ?

recently I have bought a product from Roblox with my prepaid Mastercard Airbnb via PayPal for 10.94 USD but after I checked my transaction history I found that the amount of the transaction is 11.43 USD plus a 0.24 as a fee, what is happening here?

    Hi there @anisbk94 It seems that Paypal charged you in GBP and that the transaction was 9.14 GBP. The other amount is the conversion fee
