I completed the verification process and I uploded my National ID card but my card has not been approved please help me look into in. My customer ID is 34359915. Hope to hear from you. Thank you.

    it looks like the pictures need to be very very clear. i had scanned the pictures. and it has been 2 times of trying to verify and still not verified.
    2 times with 2 different accounts.
    my date of birth is also not same in national id and payoneer sign up. i think that will also cause troubles.
    let's hope both of our cards come fast.
