Problem adding bank and update the card

Hello,
I have a problem in linking the local bank to Payoneer, it does not give me the option of adding a new bank. Knowing I've I have opened my Pioneer account about 4 years ago and requested a prepaid card to use it as a freelancer. Now I have started e-commerce and I will need this card badly but I think my account has been frozen.I hope you take the necessary steps to update my account to get started.

@Jacobs We do apologize, but it appears the account you have registered is part of our old card program. We suggest you create a new regular account with a new email, in order to be able to add your local bank account.
