Payoneer Card Compromised and money was stolen! HELP!

Hi guys,

Iam 5 year old customer on Payoneer and i was really satisfied with their services and help but i have a very serious issue caused to me.

Last friday Oct 11, 2019 i received following email from Payoneer:

"Dear,

We see that ____Merchant_________ recently charged your Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® ending in __4digits__.

If this charge was not made with your permission, we ask that you please reply to this email to let us know. Additionally, we recommend logging in to Payoneer and reviewing all of the other transactions made recently from your card to make sure they were made with your permission.

If we do not receive a reply from you within two days, we will understand that you authorized all of the transactions made using your Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard®.

We apologize for any inconvenience."

6 minutes after i received this email i contact immediately Payoneer for that my card was charged without permission and they blocked the card. Transaction was in amount of $3200 and it was in Pending.

Payoneer told me that they will try to cancel the transaction if its unable to cancel they will dispute and i can or cant receive my money back after dispute. Dispute can be rejected and my money can be not returned to me! I CANT BELIEVE THERE IS SUCH OPTION when i didnt make this transaction and i informed them for that.

on 13 Oct 2019 this transaction was Completed, that means Payoneer was not able to cancel it. Now they are telling me that:

"The provisional credit that was posted on your account on 10/13/2019 has now been adjusted to the transactions' settled amount.
Please note that the credit may also be reversed at a later time if your dispute is rejected. You will be informed via e-mail if a reversal of the provisional credit is made."

Please someone who has same issue to help me what i can do? I dont know how but my card was hacker, stolen, skimmed, compromised maybe but someone fraudulently used my card to pay to some Marchant.

Please help. Can i believe that chargeback will not be rejected and my money will be reversed to me? Is there a chance chargeback to be rejected and my money to not be returned to me? The money is not small amount and iam really stressed.

    @prolifecorporation We do apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Rest assured that your case is already being handled by our Disputes department. It looks like because of the fraudulent transaction you were provided with a provisional credit. The possibility of this getting reversed is pretty low as many clients who did not authorize transactions, usually win their cases. Unfortunately, we can not confirm whether or not it will be reversed until the final decision is made. This will be authorized by our Disputes team. You will be notified via email of the results.

    I have the same problem now. there are pending transactions fro MY FATOORAH PAYMENT SE from Arabia and I'm on Argentina!! WTF. They want to steal my money

    yestarday 13 transactions were made on my card while i was sleeping. from two different locations won websites i don't know at all. i have tried contacting live chat but i cant get help.
