Getting No Response for my new card approval that will replace the expired one

I posted the below question in previous week , Although KazPayoneer replied that, team is looking into this but till now I haven't got any reponse/update from payoneer team, I have contacted via live chat around 3-4 times since I have requested the new card and got almost same reponse that account approval dept is looking into this, I have submitted the required info, my funds are stuck and I am in need of those ASAP. KazPayoneer, It'd be great if you can help me with this.

My previous payoneer card was expired on 8/19. So I ordered the new card on Sep 13, 2019. But that was in pending approval, I submitted the required information but still the card is was not approved and issued. I contacted the support and got to know that I also need to submit the required information for bank account approval that I attempted to add in past, I submitted that info as well around 2 weeks ago and also replied to some other email threads that were related to submit information for account verification. but still I haven't got any kind of reaponse from payoneer side. My funds are in expired card, new card is not being approved and I am really in need of those funds. Can anyone please help how I can get to know till when I will be recieving my new card ? or any response from payoneer

    @Salma0 We apologize this has been taking a long time to resolve. We understand your frustration. We see that you attempted to submit the Bank Account owner photo ID. However our department rejected the ID. The reason is because the ID you submitted is too blurry. Please retake a clear picture of the ID (front and back side ) so our department can review it in a timely manner. Log into your Payoneer account ----> settings ---> verification center ---> submit any requested information. Thank you.

    I have already submitted the clear pictures and have also replied to other email threads that were related to any information requirement with the required documents. Now if I go to Settings ---> verification center ---> submit, I am seeing nothing to be submitted in "Required" section. and can you please guide me that If I have submitted the required info for card approval why bank account approval is the hinderance for card approval, I already have bank account attached and this was the additional account that I wanted to attach. If somehow, this is also necessary for card approval, I have submitted the information for this as well.

    Please follow up with account approval team if that's possible or refer me to any email thread in which I can reply and submit the information again.

    Additionaly Here is the refernce number in the email where I replied with clear pictures :

    I have also replied to another email that was related to submit addtional information for bank account approval, For that reference number is as follows:
