Payments from Fiverr through Payoneer are blocked by my bank

Hello,
I am from India and work as a freelancer on Fiverr and have withdrew money many times. I changed my bank after some weeks and now I am not getting funds credited to my bank account. The bank keeps funds on hold and ask for invoice (as it is a foreign exchange transaction) and other documents such as FEMA declaration. I can fill up the FEMA form, but as Fiverr doesn't have any invoice system I cannot provide the invoice to them.
I asked Fiverr and they said that banks have to link themselves with Payoneer: https://forum.fiverr.com/t/payment-issue-via-payoneer/198050/6
I tried to explain them the whole case, but they are not listening, and I cannot do anything... I showed them the CSV Earning file from Fiverr, screenshots of funds received and transferred by Payoneer, but all in vain. Sometimes, they credit the funds and sometimes, they just revert back to Payoneer, and Payoneer transfers it again.
What's your opinion about this? What should I do further? Shouldn't I do banking with them? Their rest of the services are good, but my main problem is with the inward remittance...
Would like to hear your thoughts.
Thanks!

Hi @coderamogh Thank you for raising your concerns. After verifying your details, it seems that you've tried many times to switch between two bank accounts and that it did not help receiving the transfers as it seems that the bank is not accepting them for certain reasons that we don't know. We can see that you have also requested a partner payout confirmation statement which we hope should help. but it really depends on the bank, we recommend that you verify if they have any specify policy regarding international payments.

Yes @Cristale_Payoneer I changed my bank due to personal reasons and as I was not receiving funds Payoneer suggested to change the name in the registered bank account. Still, the funds are not credited by my bank. Bank wants is the invoice which is just not available on the earth.
What are your opinions on the comment in the link?

My bank said that the transaction is flagging as a trade transaction and hence they have strict policies regarding the same. Is it possible for Payoneer to somehow transfer the funds as a normal transaction instead of trade transaction?0 -
