I made a mistake while registering.

I was out of town so i asked my younger brother to create a Payoneer account for me. The account approval was successful and i added my bank account in my payoneer account.
Now when i was adding another bank account, it asked for me date of birth. I provided my date of birth but it said it was wrong. I got an email from payoneer asking why my birthday is different on my id than what was provided at the time of sign up. I have replied to that email but i have not heard back yet.
I got to know that my little brother may have provided his birthday details instead of providing mine.
I would request payoneer help me fix this issue as soon as possible because this is holding me back from receiving payments from my clients.

    I could not get a response here or in email. So i tried talking to someone over the live chat.
    I talked to Gabriel, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me. My issues were fixed and the support guy was very patient and polite.
    I have not seen such a huge company offering quick support over that chat, let alone fixing the problems. Thank you for providing such a service.
