Withdrawal rejected because Citibank was not reimbursed

Hi, I have been transferring money from Payoneer to my local bank account without any problem for weeks.

But this time I never got the money. I contacted Payoneer support but the agent washed his hands and told me to talk to my bank.

According to my local bank, it was Citibank who voided the transfer because they were not reimbursed. I really need to know what does this mean and what can I do. I cannot have this situation happening again.

It has been confirmed that the money is not in my bank account anymore because of city bank.

I really would appreciate an answer for this or to please be told what would be the right department to further investigate this.

    The payment was voided by Citibank. I have received a response saying that my bank should investigate when I mentioned previously that they did and receive an email from CitiBank saying that the payment was void/rejected because Citibank was not reimbursed. Meanwhile, the money I worked so hard for has vanished and there are no answers about what happened or where it is.

    Hi, if they have cancelled the payment, it will return to your Payoneer account. The funds are not lost or vanished. As soon as their payment returns to our system, we shall credit it back to your acocunt.
