Requesting Payment

Hi iam new to payoneer. I have submitted all the required documents on October 16 2019 for Account Approval. But still my account was not approved and ''requesting payment option'' also not available. Although i was raised the ticket regarding this issue,but not yet received any response. Will you please Guide me the further process from my side.My customer ID: 34266644, Ticket reference no: 191015-011766.
