Payoneer is holding up my payments unreasonably

Payoneer is always making up a reason to hold my money for a couple of weeks from which it is earning interest. I have completed numerous verifications now and so far, the further verification requests are spurious and nothing more but an excuse to delay the payments. I will be referring this to the Financial Conduct Authority to ascertain the legality of such spurious verification procedures and whether it is legal to collect interest rates in such a manner. The customer service is appalling, the staff are rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend Payoneer.
