Application Approval

Hi!

I opened a Payoneer account last week on the 15th of October, on the 16th I uploaded my identity for verification and it was approved on the same day as far as I can tell (side note, I didn't get any email that requested the document, I just happen to find out by clicking around - might be a bug?).

It's been 5 business days since then and I haven't received any email about my application review. I contacted support with the same query but got an automated response to wait 3 days. Also, I can't call international so that's not an option.

I can't see the "Global Payment Service" option under the "Receive" tab in the navigation, so I assume my application is still pending. Just wondering how much longer it will take?
