I am not able to Access my USD Balance

Hi,

I created Payoneer account a few years back an ordered card also but didn't used the account. My card was expired around a year ago. Now I re-activated my account and also transferred 198 USD from Upwork. Now I can see my USD Balance. But I am not only able to order New USD Card but also cannot convert this available balance to either EUR or other currency. I am also not able to transfer this balance to my local account. Please guide me in this matter as I have to make an urgent payment.

    @morga Thank you for the response. I already submitted the support ticket but as soon as I submits it, it's status turned to resolved and I receive and automatic response email. Nothing else
