Pending payment

I have 4 transactions from the same company to my account. All of them are "pending". Also all of them in details have: (in the oldest one) "Canceled 7 Oct 2019" and "Under review 7 Oct 2019".
The oldest one is from October 7, which was made 13 business days ago, and I still don't have money on my account.
I contacted Payoneer support 3 times already. First time they asked me to provide photo of other side of my ID (which I did), and after that I didn't get any more replays or contact from them.
I'm really disappointed about Payoneer and their customer service.
I wouldn't use it if I knew it will take so long and there will problems with simple money transfers.

What is the issue with that? Why it takes so long? I read that sometimes it takes 7-10 business days to approve the tranfser, but in my case it has been already 13 business days, over 2 weeks my money is held somewhere by Payoneer and I don't have access to it.
If they can't or don't want to approve it, they could atleast return the funds to the company, that sent me payment, so I could work with them for alternative payment method...

    Hello morga!
    Thank you for your answer. I'm not frustrated, I'm just disappointed.
    Anyway, yesterday I got update from customer service. Today I recived first payment on my account, but there are still 4 payments "pending", and the oldest one is from over 2 weeks ago. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
