New Payoneer Account Approval Pending For Past 3 Days

Dear Payoneer,

As I was being told by Payoneer Support that I need to create a new Payoneer Account to get a "USD Balance Account". So I have created a new Payoneer Account (Customer ID: 34470184) to get a USD Balance Account. So it is my request you please approve my this new account and provide me USD Global Payment Bank Account Details so that I can add it to my PayPal Account to start receiving payments.

My New Payoneer Account Details:
Customer ID: 34470184

As my current/old Payoneer Account (Customer ID: 16019999) is "USD Card Account" so please Don't Close My Old Payoneer Account until I link my new Payoneer USD Bank Account details with my PayPal account. Last time I struggled a lot to link my USD Bank Details with PayPal. I don't want to experience this again.
