why my payoneer have not confirmed although i add all information required ?

Hello, this ghada from jordan I have already registered in payoneer about nine days and my account still not confirmed ,when registered account i have received email to add additional information needed so i have add all required info included my national ID both side , and still appeard account is under revise ¬ confirmed yet

Hi there @ghada999 We communicated with our team regarding the status of your account. Unfortunately it could not be approved as the ID you submitted was cropped and unclear. Furthermore we need a full residential address and also for you to confirm the bank owner's name.
Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
Upload the required document
Click "Submit"
