My Payment Still on Pending and my USD account disabled.

I work as a freelancer for a Chinese company as a customer service agent but While they try to pay me on the 15th of October, 2019, The payment was put on pending since then saying is still under review.
And i could remember immediately i open my payoneer account, the first thing i did there is i uploaded my International Passport as a means of Identification. But now i still don't understand why my payment was put on pending till now as its over 8 days now and nothing was done about it.
I chat with the customer service like twice and still they are telling me all sort of stories.
Please i need someone in payoneer to help me on this.
And moreover, i wasn't inform my email or any means that my payment was put on pending, do you think this is normal and professional?. It is until when i logged in i see my USD was disabled and i check my transaction and i see the transaction is still under review till now. Please what exactly is going on

Hi there, typically when there is an account review like the one you experienced, it is not possible to receive or send payments. This is likely why the payment was cancelled. Once your account is functional you will be able to resume payment activity.
