Action Required for Bank Account

Hi, I created my account on payoneer at 21st October, 2019 and added my bank account there. Later on, I received an email to upload further documents which I have already done and since then I haven't heard anything back from them. I am trying to contact them on email but no reply as well. How long it will take? My customer ID is: 34502591
